It is an In-Depth Training Program created by Hilda Octa for those that have more desire to understand Silat as a complete system as well as the Indonesian culture it was born from. Even to learn why and how the so many Silat Styles were developed and why my Family system has a combination of 25 different Styles.
For those students we have The Ultimate Silat Program. It starts out as a six month intensive training program which includes a one hr private session with me each week. A weekly Zoom meeting with the other members and myself for in depth discussion about all aspects of Silat and Indonesian Culture. A very specific intense daily training schedule that must be followed, which means you must be available to train minimum 5 to 6 days a week.
At the end of 6 months you will be very educated with the history of Silat and on your way to becoming well trained practitioner. You will have developed the proper foundation, body mechanics and Silat basics to ready you for more advanced training and a possible path to be a certified instructor if that is what you wish.
To achieve that it will require much more hard work and dedication, but with the 6 month of training behind you, you will be well prepared.
